Explore the village of Imlil and hike to have lunch at a restaurant facing Mount Toubkal, the second highest African peak after
Kilimandjaro. Those unable to hike to the restaurant can hire a mule from a local for an additional cost.
Travel to Toubkal Massif, a national park loaded with craggy mountain summits and deep valleys.
Toubkal contains the highest altitudes in the Atlas chain of Mountains. Roads are filled with peasants, domestic animals, scooters, and Lorries belching diesel fumes.
We will stop at the small village of Imlil, the starting point for exploring the Toubkal area.
