There's another side of Mexico City you won't see if you only stay in Reforma Avenue among the crowded streets, tall buildings, and busy sidewalks.
Coyoacán and Xochimilco represent the more traditional, artistic, and also hipster areas of the city. No wonder Frida Kahlo decided to spend most of her years here (by the way, you'll visit her house too)!
It's a colorfoul path between roses, architecture and art that you simply can't miss. Oh, and it's also 30% off on selected dates!

Our first stop will be Coyoacán, which name in náhuatl means "place of coyotes". Here, our guide will give you a brief explanation on the origins and importance of this quarter and its surroundings, you’ll have also time to walk around its streets and if you want to, have a light breakfast (at your expense).
Next, you’ll visit the museum-house of Frida Kahlo, or the "Blue House”, where you’ll meet the intense relationship between Frida, her works and her home, where she was born and also where she died. We all know the awesome impact that Frida made in art and mostly in Mexican art and culture back in the days. She is even today an inspiration for some people and their pieces of art are high rate valuable worldwide. Although after marrying Diego Rivera she lived in different places in Mexico City, and abroad, she always went back to her old house in Coyoacan, so it is time for you to know why Frida found this place so irreplaceable and important in her life.
The trip continues towards one of Frida Kahlo’s favourite places, Xochimilco. Here not only will you get information on its origins, going back to the pre-hispanic times, but also will you enjoy a ride on a
trajinera, traditional boat of the zone.
After the ride, you’ll have spare time to walk around the crafts market or try the delicious food sold in the surrounding area.
Our last stop is Ciudad Universitaria. Our guide will explain you the murals of Rectoría and the Central Library belonging to the main campus of the National University of Mexico.
