Los Tamarindos used to cultivate sugar cane for several years, after that the farm was rededicated to the cultivation of organic produce around 2003. Located 5 minutes away from downtown this 17-acre estate carefully select seeds and chemical free crops that are planted and cared in soil by expert hands, resulting in a harvest of unparalleled taste and freshness.
During this tour, you will have the opportunity to tour the field, learn about the process of organic agriculture and receive a deluxe cooking class by one of Los Cabos top chef, Enrique Silva, owner of Los Tamarindos.
Guests arrived and congregate around a mango tree where they are offered fresh juice or iced tea. Baskets and scissors will be distributed for collecting from the field and after that, they’ll receive instructional information on organic agriculture. You will have the opportunity to ask questions as you cook and once the dishes are completed you will enjoy a delicious lunch on the sunny outdoor terrace. You will not be sorry for this!
